"Full Force" Artist's Notes: One of the best and most popular images I'd ever done was the head-on night shot of Force's Olds funny car, titled "The Force". I wanted to do a similar piece here, using his current Mustang ride. The fun part in doing these head-on views, is that I work from "static" reference photos (you obviously can't stand in front of the car to take a picture when it's launching at 60 feet per second!), which in this case they weren't even night shots, so, all of the lighting, the flames and the torque reaction have to be imagined and added.ORDER FORM |
